Dr. Carson Bauder is a board-certified physician with over 16 years of experience who specializes in aesthetic medicine and anti-aging medicine. Dr. Bauder received his medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. He furthered his medical training at Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, Florida. He started his aesthetic training in 2003 under two board-certified plastic surgeons. Since that time, Dr. Bauder has received extensive training from numerous plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and other cosmetic providers in various anti-aging, rejuvenation, and cosmetic therapies. His services include, but are not limited to aesthetic injectables, weight loss management, body contouring, laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, and hormone replacement. Dr. Bauder has also held positions as a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Florida State University Medical School and Associate Professor for the Halifax Family Medicine Residency Program, where he trained Resident Physicians in Botox procedures.

Dr. Mascaró began his educational training in New York at Cornell University and obtained his medical degree from the State University of New York – Health Science Center at Brooklyn. He completed his training in Head and Neck Surgery before further honing his skills by completing a dual fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Hair Restoration and Scalp Surgery – the only fellowship in the country co-sponsored by the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. He has also authored several articles on facial plastic surgery and lectured at numerous meetings. Over the last ten years, he has risen to prominence and been recognized worldwide for his advancements in lip as well as aging face surgery – with patients traveling from all over the world to see him.

She graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and attended Florida Atlantic University for a Post-Baccalaureate certificate in Pre-Health Professions. Iliana then obtained her Master of Science from Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

As a practitioner, she prides herself on staying up to date with the latest innovative techniques in aesthetic medicine. Iliana provides an in-depth consultation process for each patient so that any recommendations are tailored to each individual.
