Your presence at this event constitutes your voluntary and irrevocable consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded in any manner, and to the use, reproduction, display, distribution, and publication of such media in any format, whether now known or later developed. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional and commercial purposes, advertising, social media, websites, press releases, live streaming, event recaps, educational materials, and other marketing or branding efforts by Rohrer Aesthetics, Blue Ocean Holding Group, and their affiliated partners.

By entering the event premises, you expressly waive any and all legal claims related to the capture or use of your likeness, voice, and name in these materials. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for:

• Defamation or misrepresentation
   

• Copyright or intellectual property rights
   

• Compensation or royalties for the use of recorded media
   

This consent extends in perpetuity, meaning that Rohrer Aesthetics and Blue Ocean Holding Group have the ongoing and unrestricted right to use this content at their discretion, without limitation on time or geography.

If you do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or included in any media, we kindly ask that you refrain from entering the event premises.
